This gel provides energy during exercise and has a delicious caramel flavor. It contains a glucose-fructose ratio of 2:1 and 40 grams of carbohydrates per gel.
Enervit C2:1 PRO energy gel is a 2:1 glucose-fructose mixture. It ensures quick and easy absorption in the intestines and subsequent transport to the muscles, ensuring optimal energy supply.
This energy gel contains vitamin B1, which contributes to normal energy metabolism and reduces fatigue. It also contains 100 mg of caffeine, which provides a quick energy boost. The recommended dose is 1 or 2 gels per hour during competition.
